ROVER ANNOUNCES EXTENSION OF $0.03 UNIT FINANCING
Vancouver, British Columbia – (October 15, 2024) – Rover Critical Minerals Corp. (TSXV: ROVR) (OTCQB: ROVMF) (FSE:4XO) (“Rover” or the “Company”) announces that further to its release of September 18th, 2024, the Company is extending its $0.03 Unit Financing until on or before November 12th, 2024. The Company still intends to raise up to an additional $300,000 under this current financing. Investors that have expressed interest in participating in the financing have requested additional time in order to close.
An updating release will be provided once the Company has completed any future closings of the $0.03 Unit Financing, including receipt of final acceptance from the TSXV for the financing.
Use of Proceeds
The proceeds from any future closings under this financing will be put towards the ongoing permitting and exploration work at the Company’s Let’s Go Lithium project located in the Amargosa Valley of Nevada, USA, as well as towards general and administrative expenses.
